so, at the end of the week Spain surprisingly end up on top of the medal table with 3 Gold Medals, thanks especially (almost only) to their great Kata specialists... in the second place of the Medal Table, with the same number of Gold Medals of the Spaniards (but with less Silver Medals, despite the 10 in total), we have Turkey... followed by last year's toppers, Italy, who won the same number of total medals of 2017 (10), but "only" 2 of those being Gold, which is quite good, but not as good as expected..and it's definitely penalizing in terms of the final Nations Ranking... France and Switzerland also got 2 Gold Medals, finishing 4th and 5th respectively, just ahead of a group of 4 Nations who won "only" 1 Gold Medal each... the Final Medal Table is completed by 12 other Countries (overall, we have 21 Nations with at least 1 Medal), who couldn't get the major honor, but still got some satisfaction... and that's it for 2018...
