  1. Thank you, but I cheered for Netherlands - tradition, value, no chemical romance - they've got it all In 2028 I'll cheer for Greenland and Oman
  2. I'm happy for you as much as a Romanian can sympathize with a Hungarian May I quote the immortal György Szepesi: "let the wine flow"!
  3. Wtf were they saying?
  4. Sinovic brothers hape stepped into legend
  5. Fck the biology! I wanna be an apostle of political correctness and chew the same old cliques over and over again. Miciurin once said there is no biology, but communist biology vs bourgeois biology; why can't we have woke biology? My father is a historian; last year a dumbass told him that human history is the struggle of opressed minorieties (lgbt, binary and other ***) to break free from their chains. You can't really have an honest dialogue with these people; they just wanna bark
  6. With or without our doubling up, every Olympics witnesses the emergence of a underdog who suddenly becomes a rowing powerhouse. In Tokyo it was , now , in 2028 it can be Greenland or, why not, Saudi Arabia. Honey is the key Congrats for the win; I just hope you don't meet Brooke in the middle of the night, on a dim lighted street, without prior notice.
  7. I know what you mean. Enjoy the moment!
  8. This is fkin power
  9. No one did. Our girls would beat those beautiful atletes from NZ 9 times out of ten You know what the bear does during the winter? it sleeps a lot, it eats a lot of honey and it emerges very strong in the last year of Olympic cycle. Honey is the key
  10. My friend, I don't want to be a partypooper, but I'm wondering why does Guatemala, a country with pretty big population, have such a poor Olympic record?
  11. Naturally I'm biased as our girls are involved; my logical side of brain says Romania has a slight advantage, let's say 55%-45% But I noticed Indian users around here are very happy with the draw, so they must be right, 'cause that's the way democracy works: the majority always knows better. I'm sure all those users are die-hard table tennis fanatics, they know Romanian team like the back of their hands (no sexual innuendo intended) and can put their emotions aside when rating it.
  12. And a team (W) in final and beyond, to the Milky Way Olympics
  13. You're talking to this forum's expert in logic Read my signature it's kind of Abbott and Costello's "Who's on first" only this time it's for real...
  14. Lady luck has smiled upon us today. M2x barely made it to the final while M4- beat France with 0.7 s to catch the last qualifying spot to their final. Usually we were the losers in this kind of situations, but lately things have changed. Regarding W doubles, Radis and Bodnar looked vulnerable today; my guess is they tried to make a tactical race and row at a slower pace than usual, as they're doubling up in the eights and need to avoid exhaustion. I also think our girls underestimated their opponents a little bit. Radis said they made some errors during today's race which won't happen again in the final.
  15. Please rewatch Perijoc vs mongolian bout and tell me what do you think about the outcome
  16. 'Cause the referees were used to get gifts from Italian federation; when those gifts stopped coming, this is what usually happens in any area of human activity.
  17. I don't wanna argue with you or any Italian user; in fact, I admire your culture/heritage on multiple layers. Having said that, I've never seen an Italian complaining about the fencing refereeing in the 90's and early 00's, when you had to hit your athletes 10 times to score a point. Laura Badea told me she lost count of how many times she was robbed when competing against Vezzali or Trillini
  18. First medal for our Moldavian brothers, right?
  19. I would use another word instead of touchy
  20. My cyclist friend, should you be using the word lame related to others after coming up with "If the lights light up exactly at the correct moment, he was definitely first, since his light went on first. Not sure if those lights are 100% accurate though?"
