  1. Tunisia also had a 14 year-old girl competing in -48kg.
  2. Oh yes, I think late night/early morning will be popular period for European users to update the results.
  3. I think you're right. Looking back at 2012 qualification, it looks like Samoa received a reallocation in men's weightlifting despite already having a woman. From what I understood, IWF will take one quota away from Romania in both men's and women's events (what in reality means 2 quotas).
  4. Mia Radotić fell today in the sprint for the first place of the last stage.... She dropped to 13th in general standings, what gives her only 16 points what isn't nearly enough to become a serious contender for Rio. She would have got 35 points had she stayed in 8th place... Talk about wasting your chances.
  5. I think and are pretty safe. Anyway, if their wrestlers at European qualifications had that "false Meldonium alarm" then it will be the bronze medalists from here that qualify. If it was not than we have a circus.
  6. So was Alex Schwarzer. And we don't mean poor Krupnyakov, but poor , there's a difference (they had 3 wrestlers).
  7. 3 semifinals... And 0 quotas for It's actually really stupid that UWW allowed countries who had dopers qualified to enter again! More honest federations than UWW wouldn't allow that!
  8. What a disaster for Tajikistan. 4 wrestlers in London, now they qualify 0. They also had 4 boxers and 2 taekwondo athletes in London and this time they have 0 in both. They will have 7 athletes in total in best case scenario, after having 16 in 2012.
  9. Crazy racing conditions at the moment.
  10. Czech cross-country skier Eva Vrabcova-Nyvltova makes Olympic standard in marathon with 2:30:10.
  11. Here is the list of Tripartite nations that competed at various qualification tournaments. Africa - America - Asia - Europe - Oceania -
  12. All of them will become Tripartite invitations. 4 host quotas are there only in case that hosts don't qualify anyone, for every athlete that host qualifies the host quota is reduced by 1 (Brazil qualified 5). So we will have as much as 8 Tripartite invitations (4 unused host quotas + 4 by default)!
  13. Well, those quotas that were taken away from Romania should be reallocated (that's what Wiki states too). I'm not sure if it will be through rankings, but it should be reallocated somehow (though rankings seem likely). Anyway, in the end we should have 156 male and 104 female lifters.
  14. Draws are out for Olympic competitions. http://www.fig-gymnastics.com/site/figNews/view?id=1541
  15. Oh DR Congo And I thought that UAE women's team was pathetic. Btw, seems like Morocco is going for the similar strategy in women's events (they have the lowest entries in a lot of categories).
  16. And what will happen if Ukraine qualifies again in 125kg and it turns out that Zaseev B sample comes negative?
  17. Finally some good news for us. Marijana Mišković is in the final of Baku Grand Slam. Just wow. Mia Radotić finished 7th today in the second stage of Tour of Chongming Island. That gives her 10 points and she is now 8th overall, so this is looking good for her.
  18. Ukrainian lost her semifinal but that's hardly the point. She had big impact on this tournament and if it turns out that she competed by mistake then we have a problem.
  19. From qualification system... It makes absolutely no sense. European quota should go to Moldova then but Moldova also competed here!!
  20. Wow, that's really weird because as far as I know quotas are going to nations and not to specific athletes! Maybe their European qualification athlete falled on doping test.
