  1. I believe you were 6th, I won't lie, I liked the first song by Yumi more
  2. I liked my top 4 and I enjoyed the rest of my twelve and a couple outside the twelve.
  3. Same, I expected a very tough competition, since there was nothing that particularly stood out from the crowd. A lot of solid songs, but nothing on the amazing scale
  4. My first choice for this contest sadly is going to be released only in Summer
  5. Everybody's looking at the Netherlands vs Ireland battle, but Venezuela and Brazil don't seem to care about any of that
  6. Okay, I'm catching up a bit with what I missed. Thanks a bunch @Wanderer for the lovely 10 points!
  7. As long as it doesn't happen in Olympics again, I'm fine with it.
  8. I remember that last TISC the 12 points went to countries that started playing on my TISC playlist, but with Sweden, followed by Latvia, I think that I don't have this one this time...
  9. Thank you @Olympian1010 and @dezbee2008 for the 7 points from USA
  10. Nah, some of the songs that I've mentioned in my surprises, I didn't even give points to myself. It's just very interesting to see what works and what doesn't. Everything is fairly inconsistent, because what you expect to work, since it worked before, gets like 10 points. Although, I stand by my point that light rock is one of the consistent successful formulas, because it has its fans here and plenty of them (in case it came off as an attack on the genre, then I can say that I was very close to giving points to Netherlands this year) and polished pop is another successful formula, because it actually does what it needs to do, a quick good impression and it's difficult to go against this statement when we have 50% if not more of our votes coming in on the final day.
  11. Anyways, on the topic of music discussion, I am very surprised by some of the results. Norway and Chile sitting below 10 points, when their songs are very well produced, with respectable vocalists and trendy as well. Also am surprised that United States is at the bottom, thought it would do much better here. For Slovenia, I've already said everything. New Zealand is nearly always underrated, so no surprise there. Even Turkey, in my opinion sent one of their best entries, surprised it's struggling at the bottom. It seems that the formula here is light rock (the rock that's too heavy gets middle of the pack) and very polished pop, the one that's not really going to be remembered all too long, but sounds good in the moment and I guess works really well on people that tend to listen to the songs twice to three times.
  12. Woah okay. 9 points from the massive multi jury known as Italy I'm humbled, thanks a lot As a previous host, I know what happens in the Italian jury, so yeah, thanks a bunch.
  13. Your song quickly went up the charts to the high places, it was very different from the context as I felt that there were a lot of good songs that just lacked a spark. And your song had character.
  14. BRAZIL 12 SLOVENIA 11 CROATIA 10 GREAT BRITAIN 9 PORTUGAL 8 NEW ZEALAND 7 IRELAND 6 AUSTRALIA 5 FRANCE 4 NORWAY 3 GERMANY 2 DENMARK 1 Anyways, firstly, everyone should apologise to Slovenia. Can't believe people are not voting for that great song. Really underrated. Secondly, I am starting to think that Brazil does not need to do anything anymore as they just win my 12 points by default with their wonderful music.
  15. SLOVENIA 11 CROATIA 10 GREAT BRITAIN 9 PORTUGAL 8 NEW ZEALAND 7 IRELAND 6 AUSTRALIA 5 FRANCE 4 NORWAY 3 GERMANY 2 DENMARK 1
  16. Hello, Totallympians from not so sunny Lithuania! Without further ado, let us put ourselves in last place with our votes! CROATIA 10 GREAT BRITAIN 9 PORTUGAL 8 NEW ZEALAND 7 IRELAND 6 AUSTRALIA 5 FRANCE 4 NORWAY 3 GERMANY 2 DENMARK 1
  17. What better way to hand it over to Great Britain than with a 12 points?
