OK, I knew they had changed the rule to prevent Turkey, Bahrein etc signing up a whole teams of promising young Ethiopians & Kenyans. Did not realise they had also abolished the birth nation rule though - as I say Cuba were the only Federation that had used it in about the last 15 years.
