It does for women. 1 basic quota + 2 quota places for 11th-20th place is the same. But the allocation of the remaining quota places ends at 16th place for women as of today, with Poland gaining one more spot while Ukraine none.
Sweden with a great surge after 6th place yesterday. Moved up from 13th to 9th with 203 points, despite the OMRRL standings at the ISMF website saying something else.
Poland overtook Ukraine for the 16th place in the women's standings yesterday. Nobody from these countries starts today so it's Poland that is the last country with 4 quota places confirmed.
If noone beats Chen, then I think time 28:44.3 or less should be enough to get under 330 FIS points. But I'm not sure because it's almost 6 minutes behind the winner.
I understand that the last 4 spots go to 4 different NOCs because "only the NOCs with 1 or 0 athletes (...) will be allocated an additional quota place the NOC to participate in Individual or Men's/Mixed Team competitions". But I'll ask a copy editor I know if the wording is too ambiguous.
