  1. But that`s old Afghan anthem was most beautiful for me:
  2. 2:20 to 2:30 It`s funny but for me, that old Russian anthem was much more beautiful than the post-USSR bastard that Putin later reinstated. The first decision of the new government after Putin's departure should be to reinstate the Russian anthem from 1991-2000. It's just a symbol, but symbols are also very important.
  3. Sometimes the simplest things are the best, so I just posted mini- version of my photo.
  4. Trump recently said in an interview that the next meeting with Putin might take place in Leningrad, a city that has been gone for over 30 yearsThis man it`s crazy...
  5. The Americans should have restored this anthem from 1992-1996 after the fall of the Taliban and left Afghanistan in 2001. Thanks to the USA being there too long, the Taliban rose up and return to power stronger.
  6. Do you like this Afghan anthem under muijachedin time? (but it` a wrong data becouse first Taliban come to power in 1996/1997 and removed this anthem).
  7. Saliou Niang will not plat against Cyprus but will be ready for 1/8. Niang is probably the greatest Italian talent in the current squad. He kind of reminds me of a young Kobe Bryant! I hope we finally get a big NBA star, not someone like Gallinari or Bargnani (good players, but nothing more).
  8. But Giannis will play for 100%?
  9. Is your girlfriend or someone close to you in your avatar
  10. For me, if Spain must beat Greece to advance to 1/8 final, they can win. Spain will certainly to be more motivated: Greece can beat anyone in the Round of 16, including France. In the 21st century, Spain has probably never been eliminated in the first group stage.
  11. Italy won last game with France probably on Eurobasket 2003: game for bronze. I don't remember if there was later an official match we won against them after that. Do you remember?
  12. Will Greece play at 100% against Spain to get eliminated it?
  13. Italy also always lost to France and also to Lituania. They are our probably the worse oponents in XXI century.
  14. Do you remeber this? I twas a very difficult moment for me and it's a shame there weren't two gold medals. In swimming, there would have been two gold medals.
  15. It was really difficult match from us for a psychological point of view. The minimum plan is complete. Now it's probably Brazil and, unfortunately, Turkey in ew. final, although I hope that the USA or Japan can do a surprise and will eliminate they.. Realistically, only Brazil and Turkey can beat us now, but Turkiye has already lost to Japan in the VNL 1/4 this season... This is Italy's last chance to dominate any competition like this or last year, becouse de Gennaro will unfortunately leaving NT team after this season. Finding a replacement will be difficult and it will be take some time.
  16. In my opinion, even reaching the quarterfinals won't be a great success. In the last four editions, we finished in the 5th-8th place. Another defeat in the quarterfinals will only confirm our solid performance, but nothing more. Our last European Championship medal was in 2003: bronze. It would be a dream to finally win a medal, but the competition is big and we're at a stage where, on paper, we don't have a medal-level team. The women's NT team managed to win a medal at the European Championships this summer after a 30-year waiting (1995-2025), so the men still have a few more editions to do the same. Looking at our youth results and our current young roster+ Donte, we can definitely be among the top teams in Europe in a few years. Our young players need to play extensively in Italy and then travel to the NBA or the EuroLeague clubs: Milano, Bologna, or some other European clubs. Another problem for us is that we've never had a truly superstar in the NBA, because Gallinari, Belinelli, or Bargnani were by no means at the level of Nowitzki, Giannis, Jokic, or Doncic. Donte diVincenzo won't be a star either: he's more of a solid NBA player, that`s all . I was very disappointed with Banchero, as I was hoping he'd play for us, but judging by his behavior, he probably wouldn't have been motivated to play for Italy, enough even if the USA hadn't called him up.
  17. Unfortunately, France is still realistic options for us in the Round of 16 and that would be a nightmare for us... Slovenia with Doncic will also be dangerous, but of course, they're in a much weaker team actually, than France. We have to root for Spain vs Greece and beat Cyprus ourselves: then we will be at first place in the group and probably will play vs Israel in the Round of 16. It's definitely better to play Israel than France...
  18. Sinner is closed and cold people, but that usually helps him. Federer also hasn't exactly shown much emotion on the court either. They both come from similar parts of Europe, from mountainous regions, so that's not surprising. Djokovic, is from the Balkans, is very impulsive, but he's also unlikely to celebrate embarrassing defeats like Bublik.
  19. In my opinion, after such a defeat, even at the age of 17-18 Sinner, for example, would have been very angry, he would have quickly shaken hands and left the court, instead of celebrating his defeat, like Bublik.
  20. Bublik it`s so funny man but unfortunettly he isn`t a mentality of great champion... Yesterday, from the second set on, he behaved like a circus clown, not a serious tennis player and he was celebrating after winning only three games in 3 sets... It's hard to take someone like that seriously. It was a match between a cold professional: Sinner and a joyful child – Bublik, who made silly faces, jumped, laughed, talked to himself, etc.
  21. It depends on whether a stop the fight in teory, like the one in Donbas from 2015 to 2022 is considered the stop of the war, stop the fight, or what?(the peace terms were violated back then, too). In the case of Russia, they are no longer a major force in biathlon. Their return could more likely lead to changes in the top ranks of cross-country skiing, for example, if Bolshunov returns in good form. Overall, I have the impression that Trump will want Russia to return under it`s flag for the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles. It will be a major propaganda success for him if a stop fight will happens. Perhaps Trump is hoping for a Nobel Peace Prize in the future.
  22. How many medals can this do? 2-3?
  23. Very good effectiveness: 2 medals of 10 people.
  24. Victoria Rava was good and French women`s team with her was good in period 2007-2008.
  25. Oh, good. Zverev it`s a lost man
