  1. Another 11 templates have been sent out already, so that means @hckosice @heywoodu @Memo @bestmen @intoronto @titicow @vinipereira @FC Mezhgorye you guys will get yours tomorrow morning (my time) before I head out to vote in this year's elections. I'll let you all know when on Friday is the opening ceremony.
  2. Update: Templates have been sent to the first 17 countries, and I fixed the format on some of them due to a copying error. I should have it all done by Wednesday the latest so I can focus on an equally important thing... the opening ceremony
  3. Templates are being sent out starting today in the pre-determined running order, so if you haven't gotten yours yet, just hang on tight. I will get to you eventually.
  4. Right, we're 5 hours apart right now. By Sunday my clock will go back one hour and yours will remain the same because you don't have DST I'm glad us geniuses can figure that out.
  5. Newsflash: timeanddate.com doesn't lie, homeboy Orlando, USA Sat, Nov 10, 2018 at 2:30 pm EST Algiers, Algeria Sat, Nov 10, 2018 at 8:30 pm CET https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html?iso=20181110T193000&p1=867&p2=14
  6. I fixed it for you, but the time difference will be 6 hours because of me going back to standard time
  7. I'm putting the scoreboard together this week now that I got that last point.
  8. No worries, since I have the templates, I will post them if needed. Regardless, you will get yours next week. But everyone will get a group PM later on today, in it I will be asking for opening and closing messages, so stay tuned
  9. Yep. I'm making that sacrifice just for you (and my cat lol)
  10. Announcement Here is the provisional voting schedule for November 10. Let me know if you want to swap with another jury Voting Schedule -- Totallympics Open International Song Contest 2018 # Country Time (EST) Local Time 1 Colombia 05:00 05:00 2 Great Britain 05:12 10:12 3 Tunisia 05:24 11:24 4 Croatia 05:36 11:36 5 Malta 05:48 11:48 6 Mexico 06:00 05:00 7 Serbia 06:12 12:12 8 United States 06:24 06:24 9 New Zealand 06:36 00:36 (SUN) 10 Ireland 06:48 11:48 Break 1 # Country Time (EST) Local Time 11 India 08:00 18:30 12 Finland 08:15 15:15 13 Egypt 08:30 15:30 14 Greece 08:45 15:45 15 Bulgaria 09:00 16:00 16 Lithuania 09:15 16:15 17 Austria 09:30 15:30 18 Argentina 09:45 11:45 19 Chile 10:00 12:00 20 Spain 10:15 16:15 21 Romania 10:30 17:30 22 France 10:45 16:45 Break 2 # Country Time (EST) Local Time 23 Indonesia 13:00 01:00 (SUN) 24 Denmark 13:10 19:10 25 Poland 13:20 19:20 26 Italy 13:30 19:30 27 Slovenia 13:40 19:40 28 Portugal 13:50 18:50 29 Slovakia 14:00 20:00 30 Netherlands 14:10 20:10 31 Turkey 14:20 22:20 32 Algeria 14:30 22:30 33 Canada 14:40 14:40 34 Brazil 14:50 17:50 35 Russia 15:00 23:00
  11. You can join us on November 10 for the big show, and maybe next year you can join @Agger on the Danish jury. I promise you it'll be the best fun you'll have here
  12. Folks, I'm going to start sending out the templates to you next weekend, which is plenty of time for anyone here to contact @Damian because I'm still waiting for his first reserve. But I'm happy to say all your votes have been cast, but I haven't put them together yet, so even I don't know who won.
  13. Tonight or tomorrow morning I will post the scheduled times for each jury to cast their vote for the November 10 show, and looking at previous schedules, expect it to be pretty similar.
  14. We're using my time zone (Eastern Standard) so hopefully we don't go that late
  15. The Olympic-like Mixed Music team where two countries will compete in a team, with one of the countries having a female juror. It's not really part of the contest, just something for fun. @dcro will tell you more
  16. I'll be starting my task of putting the points together this weekend, but I'm still missing the first reserve from one member. By the way, the festival of music is open, so send us your countries (and their songs) here.
  17. @africaboy @dareza @Damian check your PMs for further instructions
  18. Yes, of course. I'll let him handle that part of the contest.
  19. The voting period has ended, and I can confirm that we lost Uruguay, but it could've been worse. I'll have to go through my PMs to contact some of you who might have voted for Uruguay but didn't send me reserves. If so, you'll get a PM by tonight. We'll be starting the festival of music soon, and this weekend, I'll let you know about the team competition. If you remember how we did it with the annual contest earlier this year, it will be something similar. Let me know if you want to put a poll on the festival of music.
  20. All we're missing now is @NaBUru38 and we only got 3 hours left
  21. If I don't receive their votes in 12 hours, then yes. @kungshamra71 @NaBUru38
  22. As I stated, the deadline has been extended to Thursday, October 25 at 11 am EDT. I'm happy to report that only 5 people have yet to vote: @vinipereira @Janakis @kungshamra71 @justony @NaBUru38 Janakis has told me via DM that he's on some sort of a excavation, but he'll be able to vote, hence the deadline extension. And if Vini is in Uruguay and have limited access to the internet, do you think he would've sent in the votes before going on that trip? I'm asking for several forum members. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back from the other 3, but we got time.
