I don't know who is the "best" or "better" because it depends on what parameter you use but I think there are only two teams that seriously attempt to have initiative when playing the dutch team: & . Yes, though also GB is usually stronger than England. I don't know if it's the welsh players or a better preparation but the trend of the last decade is that they show up at the olympics after doing nothing for the other 3 years and 11 months.

How is the hungarian economy sustained? These are middle east levels of investment in sport events without oil (that I know of).

They have improved but I think literally every game between these teams in the last 3 years has finished 2-1 or 2-0 so today's match is far from being novelty. Women's hockey is so stagnant right now that I could win very easily any prediction contest about it. Always the same results and with very similar scores.

Yes but Bulgaria beat them back and also lost to Ukraine twice. And from there there's a jump in level to Germany. I think just getting out of this group is good enough for Greece. It's clearly the toughest one as well with no obvious weak team.
