  1. Canada is projected to finish with 9 golds (!!), 6 silver, and 9 bronze for a total of 24 medals (Same as Tokyo). I'm thinking a couple of those gold medalists would be Summer McIntosh (Swimming- 400m IM/200m IM/400m Freestyle), Phillip Kim (B-Boys), Maggie MacNeil (Swimming- 100m Butterfly), Christa Deguchi (Judo- 57kg), Tammara Thibeault (Boxing- 75kg) then ??? Bit optimistic if you ask me

  10. France's men look like they could be winning quite a few swimming medals come their home Olympics. Manaudou, Grousset and Marchand all challenging right now.
  11. Tokyo 2020 Olympic Champion Shun 4th in his 200IM semifinal. Will have to wait and see if he'll make the final.
  12. Really hoping Pudar wins a medal tomorrow night. IMO McIntosh and Smith are the favorites for gold now, and for Pudar anything other than a bronze seems to be out of reach but you never know. She did go a 2:06 a couple of weeks ago.
  13. Nice relaxed swim by Dekkers. Clocks a 2:07.11, and should be in one of the inside lanes come finals.
  14. Looking at the lineups for the 200m butterfly semifinals, didn't know Yufei scratched. Must be focusing on the mixed medley relay?
