  1. 57.01 PB for McIntosh in the women's 100m butterfly!
  2. And it's a 13th place finish!

No Elite 16 beach volleyball, weak field and most of the top teams have shut down their seasons already. No Snow League Freeski Finals, Heerenveen Speed Skating WC, Alpine Skiing WC either.
  4. In that case…. go
  5. And Canada possibly
  6. Sets a hill record in round two, she’s always strong in those closing rounds.
  7. From my Olympic qualification predictions, I think it’s safe to say Naomi Urness will compete barring injury.
  8. Just a reminder, on December 6 at 11:00am PST is the mixed relay at the Skimo WC in Solitude, we need to finish ahead of US to make our Olympic debut in the sport.
  9. Dunstone Still can’t find that ”big” title
  10. Team Jacobs will be Canada’s representatives on the men’s side. 6-5 win to sweep Dunstone. Gallant becomes the first Canadian to compete in both men’s and mixed doubles.
  11. OLYMPIC QUALIFIED!!! Team Jacobs beat Team Dunstone 6-5 in game 2 of the best-of-three men’s final at Olympic Trials, and will represent us in Milano-Cortina! Was rooting for Dunstone, but hard to be that sad at this. Team Jacobs is definitely our best chance at a medal.
  12. Yep, that should seal it for Jacobs. Wide-open house.
  13. Jacobs decides to take the safer approach and give up a steal to Dunstone, as opposed to potentially drawing for the single, coming up heavy/light and giving up a steal of two. 5-5, Jacobs hammer coming home
  14. And, Jacobs calls game pretty much. Just sensational these past few ends.
  15. Dunstone picks out the yellow Jacobs rock for the single 3-3, Jacobs with the hammer in 7
  16. Dunstone blanks, Jacobs 3-2 up heading into the 5th end break
  17. Ridiculous angle runback from Jacobs to score his single 3-2 Jacobs, Dunstone with hammer in 5
  18. Marc Kennedy with the run-back triple
  19. A Jacobs miss on his last gives Dunstone the chance for his deuce, Dunstone ties it up. 2-2, Jacobs with the hammer in 4
  20. Tough draw for the single for Dunstone, Jacobs steals. 2-0 Jacobs, Dunstone with the hammer in 3
  21. Nice hit and roll from Dunstone on his last forces Jacobs to get a piece of the four foot for the single, and he converts. 1-0 Jacobs, Dunstone hammer in 2.
  22. Men’s final now underway, Jacobs with a 1-0 lead in a best of 3 over Dunstone and is looking for a ticket to the Olympics.
  23. Happy for the entire team, but I couldn’t be happier for Fleury. Still remember how last Olympic Trials went down, Fleury was 8-0 heading into the final, it was heartbreaking to see her lose it in an extra end to Jones. Usually it’s a once in a lifetime experience, so when you lose it there’s always that “what if” in your head, now she can put all of that behind. She deserves this
  24. And it’s all over Team Homan will represent at the Milano-Cortina Olympics! 12-3 final over Black in the best of three final.
