  1. Chloe Chevalier also wants a podium...
  2. Polish ES talking about Wierer's make-up skills again Sikora rolls back time and says Albina Akhatova was the leader in that department back in his day
  3. Aymonier faster than both Olsbu & Eckhoff on the last lap. Hoegberg obviously losing time... even behind Persson.
  4. That was an awkward shot of Wierer/Vittozzi Tomasz Sikora says with 2:30 back Vittozzi probably won't even make the pursuit.
  5. Kuzmina 42 secs. ahead of Eckhoff in the finish with Fialkova in between them.
  6. Kuzmina 30 secs. faster on skis than Eckhoff? She's got a little turbo in her skis on what?
  7. Meltdown for Vittozzi... 2/5 That kills her pursuit too? Wierer 9/10. She'll take that!
  8. Eckhoff 9/10 but much faster than Yurlova. Paulina Fialkova 10/10! @hckosice will be happy about that
  9. Women's Oslo sprint about to start. Wierer #16, Vittozzi #28.
  10. Canada led USA 6-3 after five ends and conceded 6-13 after the 8th. That must be the biggest Canadian collapse in curling ever?
  11. I've been watching some of these sports way too long to change my opinions based on a single user on this forum, it's that simple. And yeah, there's an anti-Muslim shift in Europe while Poland must have one of the lowest Muslim populations in the entire Europe (officially there's like 5,000 Muslims living here mostly descendants of the Tatars). Polish people used to emigrate to Germany in the 80s/90s but since we're in the EU the immigration has changed to Holland, UK & Ireland. I live like 5 km from the pre-war Poland/Germany border and a lot of people from here moved back to Germany once they settled the new border on the Oder river. Some of them stayed though. One of my maternal great-grandfathers was a German who never learned to speak Polish properly so there is that.
  12. So, the Eve Muirhead lead that was reserve is now a skip for the new team? Boy, that happened fast. Makes you wonder how on Earth Muirhead lost 3 times to them in the Scottish champs?
  13. And why should I change my opinions? They are MY opinions and that's what matters. I don't only follow sports in which Poland is doing well. I prefer biathlon & alpine skiing over ski jumping hand over fist even though ski jumping is Poland's most successful winter sport right now. You seem like a guy who only follows sports where Germany is doing well and you stated recently Marketa Davidova is the first foreign athlete you might be cheering for. So we're coming from completely different places, you only cheer for your German buddies while I cheer for Polish & a bunch of others regardless whether the sport is popular/successful in Poland or not! The thing I think Germans are anti-Polish biased is MY opinion and I don't care if you think that's true or not. Personal opinions are not facts, they are personal opinions.
  14. And how many of them are in biathlon as first choice? I bet some of them were told they won't make the cut in cross country while aged 14-15 already?
  15. Wierer gained 2,000 new IG followers today alone
  16. My hopes for a good result were doomed when Olsbu/Desthieux won 0 medals in SP/PU instead of 4 like I picked I also picked Wierer to win gold in the wrong event and the wrong German to win the individual
  17. There are like 15 replays on ES all week so it's not like I have to watch all events live these days. Biathlon is my second favorite winter sport so yeah, I kinda watch that a lot for well over 20 years now. I don't turn the TV off in the middle of Olympics just because of random circumstances. You'd love the Vancouver OG men's sprint though where 7 of Top 10 had bibs 1-10 due to really favorable conditions. Now that would be a reason to complain about. I don't care about your unfounded claims, I assume Germans are anti-Polish biased by default so your various comments just prove my point
  18. Well, almost all of the men medals are usually a tough to predict upset and with Koukalova gone & Vitkova having a terrible season the women are relying on Davidova alone. She's got a bright future ahead of her but 2019 just wasn't her WCh year... yet.
  19. Well, I bet nobody expected Muirhead to lose to anyone in Scotland? Some competiton could be useful since she kinda keeps underperforming in the global events.
  20. Eve Muirhead didn't even qualify here? And her replacements got trashed 10-4 by Japan
  21. I just noticed Wierer also won the Canmore 2016 mass start on the very same day as Windisch At 0:29 Dorothea's reaction to the statement: "The weather didn't look good for your style"
  22. Actually there was some heavy wind that day in Canmore as well. Windisch won with 4 misses, Top 3 in World Cup: Fourcade 6 misses, Shipullin 6 misses, Schempp 8 misses So one can say it was exactly that kind of day in Ostersund again. Big wind and Windisch goes 5/5 when JTB goes 0/5 Btw, That's what you get if you only follow German athletes. Other nations win in biathlon too including Belarus in relay which was pretty famous
