No chance. The Munich/Ga-Pa 2022 OG bid was voted down by the locals in 2013 already. https://www.dw.com/en/voters-deliver-resounding-no-to-munich-2022-winter-olympics-bid/a-17217461 -
I'm happy for the Bucks. One of the teams that would never get any mention if not for Giannis.

Covid Cases at the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympic Games

Who cares about political VIPs anyway? This is literally the last thing on my mind. Japan's impact on global economy is too big so any sort of political boycott doesn't stand a chance anyway. -

Not gonna happen. The TV money contracts have been paid already. I'm not even gonna talk about sponsors. No way IOC can afford to cancel the games and give back money. -
Well, even Olympics need walking byes in tennis

Oosthuizen collapsed on the final day and dropped to 3rd. Collin Morikawa wins becoming the first man ever to win multiple majors on first attempt!

Maybe so, but people rarely admire arrogance. Besides it doesn't fit with the activism image Hamilton tries to build lately. If he doesn't care what people think then don't be surprised that people ignore his social crusade. BLM is as good as out of the mainstream flow already. -

And he blames Verstappen for the crash. What an absolute twat. Horner is fuming and Marko wants him suspended. Hell yeah, the payback is coming at Hamilton sooner than you can say Silverstone. I believe he really thinks he's better than everyone else around him. Another spoiled entitled brat. -

Hamilton vs Verstappen crash on the first lap of British GP. Verstappen is out, Hamlton gets away unscathed. It was about time we had a Senna vs Prost controversy in action -
Six Polish swimmers who are in Tokyo already have to go home since our federation cocked up the entry criteria and send them based on B standard which actually requires a special invitation from FINA to be eligible. The invitation never happened (duh). The biggest affected name is Alicja Tchorz. Our federation made a similar error in Rio but it only affected one swimmer back then.

Leaders underway in R3. Oosthuizen made six pars in a row while Jordan Spieth made four birdies in seven holes and joins him at -11.

These are some ITF 50k names who make the Olympic cut aka walking byes -
Is he really injured or just out of form? He missed the cut at The Open yesterday after a terrible bunker shot which stayed in the bunker and earned him a double bogey
-
Aleksandra Kowalczuk had one positive COVID test out of two. Still waiting for results of the third.

I'm more shocked there is a weightlifter from Brazil
-
Louis Oosthuizen (-11) leads by two after two rounds of The Open. Perfect weather conditions make the scores incredibly low so far.

She is working out since 8 am looking at her IG so I suppose she's not exactly injured (no straps on her shoulder or anything). I guess she needs a break to make a solid run during the USO Series as she's one of those who don't profit from the frozen rankings (as the 2019 Wuhan/Beijing & YEC points are set to stay until the end of the season). -
