dcro 10,179 Posted March 29, 2019 Author #73 Share Posted March 29, 2019 Apparently the demand for tickets has been so high that the Gothenburg organizers have decided to install a big screen outside of the Scandinavium Arena. #banbestmen
dcro 10,179 Posted April 4, 2019 Author #74 Share Posted April 4, 2019 Draw is out for the first round. There were two pots overall. Athletes from pot 1 were drawn 1-9, while athletes from pot 2 were drawn 10-18. Controversially, two of the wild card athletes (Lyle and Scholtens) somehow ended up in the more desired pot 2. Scholtens was in fact so lucky that she will get to start last. https://inside.fei.org/news/all-systems-go-drawn-order-decided-fei-world-cup%E2%84%A2-finals Meanwhile, here we have yet another newsletter about the fan favorite. @OlympicIRL OlympicIRL 1 #banbestmen
dcro 10,179 Posted April 5, 2019 Author #75 Share Posted April 5, 2019 (edited) Big spook for JP in collected walk. I thought he outgrew that. Just under 70% for Reynolds. Low score of the season. Edited April 5, 2019 by dcro #banbestmen

Looks like we may have yet another Werth vs Graves showdown for the title tomorrow. DBA is the best of the rest, with a personal best, but Perry-Glass, Langehanenberg and Kittel are pretty close. Podium for Denmark would be grand though. Spoiler My rankings (from Spectator Judging app...) dcro 10,179 Posted April 6, 2019 Author #80 Share Posted April 6, 2019 Some American hype about yesterday's scores. If it had been a team competition, USA would have defeated Germany. https://dressage-news.com/2019/04/06/usa-vs-germany-if-world-cup-grand-prix-had-been-nations-cup/ #banbestmen
