That was really close for us to qualify for final , the water barrier that Sameh missed was enough to go to final

Indeed. They made the final 10 without jumping a single clear round on both days, quite possibly it's the first time that such performance was enough.

 

But perhaps also not that surprising considering how only 9/118 competitors today didn't have a fence down...

Happy to see that i was proven right about Sternlicht and Switzerland, despite having no clue about this sport. Some experts didn't even mention Switzerland ...

Edit: Also nice to see that i was right about Italy having no chance here, despite other people thinking otherwise.

Sensible decision. No point in chasing 35th place or something individually when this horse can win classes. There will be another day for them.
