2 things i saw in ind vs rus archery match.

1. Russia also getting imports frm south eastern countries ans china .

2. Even if we had won it would be because of russia's fault not our strength.

India out of the archery maybe this time the tally if indian contingent is the largest ever but the medals maybe the lowest. Very poor shootout round by the indians cant hold their nerves at the crucial juncture. :wall:

Indian Archers did their best. I really enjoyed the perfomance of Deepika and Mahji.. Just a luck didn't favour us

Day 2 Summary of India at Rio 2016 (Its Women Day)

Women's Hockey - After 36 yrs, India qualified for the Olympics and Made Draw against Japan (2-2).
Not the good news to cheer about but happy to see Indian women hockey team at Olympics

Women Archery Team - India lost to Russia at nail bitting shoot out at Quater finals. Same as what happen at World Championsship 2015. Our team struggle to hold the nerves at the end.
But happy to see the performance of Deepika and Laxmirani Majhi. Now need to focus on Individual events

Women 10m Air Pistol - Our best best Henna Sidhu fails to Qualify for final and finised at 14th.
Still one more event left for her which is 25m Air pistol. But this is not her favorite event.

Men's Trap Shooting - After Day 1 - SANDHU Manavjit Singh at 17 & CHENAI Kynan 19. Far Impossible to qualify for finals. Unless some miracle happens

Women Gymastics - Good show by Dipa Karmakar. This sport is long way to go for India.

Conclusion - Medal Count of 6+1 is far impossible now which is above London 2012
