In the second run, Muir improved to 71.30, enough to go to 7th, while Summerhayes' 64.75 put her in 9th. In the final run, neither Muir (69.21) nor Summerhayes (23.31) improved, finishing 8th and 9th respectively. In the second, she got a 1:02.18 and came 3rd. As he was outside the top 6, he does not qualify automatically, instead going to Qualification 2.
