A place in Brazil I recently learned about in Caraguatatuba, the home town of my favourite athlete in the entire world. You've got to go up a horrible climb (2.2km but an everage of 15-16% with parts of 25-30%, that is just insane and even in professional cycling you barely ever see that), but the view of the ocean is absolutely worth it
