After all drama no country from 2024 didn't withdrew from 2025 contest, additionaly Montenegro will make a come back after 2 years break, they are also first country which already selected a song, 12 years later after her last participation Nina Zizic will compete again, initially a band called NeonoeN was set to participate but they withdrew as they released their song prior 1st September which broke the one of main rules of the contest.

America 24. 25. 26. 27. 28. 29. Oceania 30. Europe 31. 32. 33. 34. 35. 36. 37. 38. 39. 40. 41. 42. 43. 44. 45. 46. Play-offs 47. 48. So it's instead of now -
each one of them will be in one separate path playing the top seed team (most probably a strong team) in semifinal away from home. so no none of those weak teams will qualify. -
