TVE is reporting that Roglic is apparently not wearing the red jersey. The rule book says that if a rider refuses to wear the leaders jersey he may be DQ-ed. Of course this is highly unlikely given the situation, though it is a big disrespect, if true, to the Vuelta. After all, it was the UCI referees that made the decisions and not the Vuelta organizers.

But he was already visible in the peloton, in red

Chris Froome led the short strike/protest by the way. Shooting himself in his own foot there, since the little delay might mean the grupetto finishes in the dark.
