My Tier List for how I feel about all of Canada's winter sports organizations one week into the 2026 Olympics

The main factor for this is the performance of our athletes in the sports at this year's Olympics, but also with everything that's happened in between now and the past (2022) Olympics with these organizations. As well, Canada's general past performances in their history at Olympics are also factored into my choices, and if there's any bad juju around any of them that will also push them down quite a bit. I also follow some sports more than others (e.g. ice hockey) so that's also something to watch for here

 

We're only one week into the Olympics, but I do this again once everything is over.

Overall solid work: Freestyle skiing, short track speed skating

Some good stuff, some bad stuff: Long track speed skating, Ski jumping, Alpine skiing, Snowboarding

Please clean house: Hockey (PLEASE), Figure Skating, Curling , Bobsleigh

Not much to be expected: Everything else
