Same with :EST Estonia, Kaldvee/Lill are a strong team but I have four teams slightly above them.

Is Kelly Sildaru competing?

The rest will having fun and plenty of photos ... ah, yes and Slovakia with Slaf scoring the Medal game Overtime winner obviously.

Oops, didn't see this.

Dude, you're definitely not the only one. I'm dreaming of something like that since last summer. We're all hoping for a hockey miracle!

Yeah, it will be very very hard, there is no doubts about it, but hell yeah, miracles in sports do happen,

The main thing is to make it to the quarterfinals and then try to avoid Canada or USA :p managing that then anything can happen, why we could not do a Belarus - Sweden 2002. It is surely against the odds, but in a given day why not ?

But, obviously not going to bet my money it will happen ofc

Probably, but she hasn't finished better than 7th this season and usually there's a few medal contending athletes missing at each stop. So unlikely that she'll be on the podium

Well you did win a medal in Beijing, don't get too greedy with your back-to-back medals :p

Doesn't Sweden have the second best roster? Or are you going from a historical perspective

I don't think Spain will have any chances in the SkiMo honestly.

I am not greedy :d, In fact it is the opposite I do expect nothing. A medal would be awesome, but quite unlikely, which would be sad as we will end a WOG medal streak ongoing since Torino 2006. So dreaming ? yes, Praying ? yes, Expecting ? No.

In my books 3rd best, behind :CAN and :USA

We already crushed SWE medal hopes twice at the Olympics, once in a NHL tournament, but this was during our finishing golden era in Vancouver, the strength were pretty equal at that time, definitely not the case this time.

I mean, isn't Jagerčíková possible? I think we have a chance in that sport.

Anything else, especially hockey, would be a pleasant surprise. It would be an amazing surprise. The country would turn upside down.

One of the outsiders for sure, but this season she is not at the same level she was last year, sadly. I do not think she will stand a chance against younger french and swiss girls, this season they are clearly above her.

I can not even imagine what would happen here if we´ll medal in hockey. Maybe even the bread will be for free the whole week

Any kind of medal would be huge, I won't complain even if it's just one.

I'm just glad we're sending more athletes than last time, which means we're not continuing the trend of our team size getting smaller every four years.
