I miss Studenič, the whole affair around him was poorly handled, I stand that he should have been here, in other hand not sure what to think about the fact of having 3 KHLers in the team and Ružička being one of them ...

Other notable absences from my point of view: Kristian Pospíšil (would be great to have both brothers in the team), surprised Martin Chromiak not picked and obviously the main absentee: too bad for Honzek season ending injury 

 

Let see. All in all pretty balanced mix of experienced warriors and young talents. I do believe this team can make the quarterfinal

I'm definitely not happy about those three from Russia. It's an embarrassment.

 

Not including Chromiak is surprising, I'm waiting for him to get called up to the NHL very soon. I think reaching the quarterfinals will be quite an achievement, anything more than that would be a dream.

Last news from our staff which is currently on the business trip overseas saying he is in individual training process within the team and there hope he´ll play some games before the tournament.

In 2006, the Turin metro was ready only about 4 days? before the opening ceremony, if I remember good...

They have still what 3 and half weeks to finish it in time. Guys will have to accept also some night shifts I guess  but they will make it at time. I am not affraid at all.

 

Anyway this looks like everything but a hockey locker room tbf
