Men`s team is in finale but women's team raises concerns. Summer games totally failed, no generational change. I fear the US will dominate women's foil for many years to come.

Myroniuk trained in the USA (that's why she is European vice champion), others I assume trained in Ukraine

And will the sabers team continue to train in Bologna? Kharlan will now be getting married to Samele, so she can safely settle down in Italy permanently.

There is a difference between the Italians in 2012 and in 2024. The gold in the team in Paris should be ours. In my opinion, the USA now has the best training staff and that is why many fencers go there.

      It's out   2764-OWG-2026-Final-Allocation-Quota-Places-Speed-Skating---Short-Track-1769423830-695.pdf    Canada lost a quota in the men's 1000m  China lost a quota in the men's 1500m Denmark lost their 2nd men's quota and their women's quota (as was expected)  Norway lost a quota in the men's 500m  Korea lost a quota in the women's 500m We've lost  Portugal    So overall, it looks like the 500m, 1000m, 1500m and Mass Start events all had to be cut down by 1 or 2 quotas to get the quota number to 164.

      2764-OWG-2026-Final-Allocation-Quota-Places-Speed-Skating---Short-Track-1769423830-695.pdf   Finally we have the final quotas!   Changes from the initial allocation:  Australia declined their female quota  Great Britain declined 1 male and 1 female quota  Croatia gained a spot in the women's 1500m  Hong Kong gained a quota in the women's 1500m  Poland gained a quota in the women's 1500m   Based on the SOQC rankings, It looks like  France will get an extra spot in the women's 500m and  Poland will get an extra spot in the women's 1000m.

      Hi everyone, it's great to see you all . Curling and short track speed skating are my favorite sports to watch. Considering my time zone, I can watch at least two curling matches every day. As for short track speed skating, the constant overtaking and inherent drama make it an incredibly captivating spectacle.

      After all Polish team will consist of 59 people. Polish ice skating federation confirmed that ice dance pair Sofiia Dovhal and Wiktor Kulesza got the quota for the team event (and team event only) so our team is saved from the ridiculous possibility of competing without ice dance pair.
