Our AHL team essentially took the Edmonton Oilers (with all of their stars) to a shootout, with the Oilers winning 3-2 (2)
 

Pretty pleased with the outcome

Utah Hockey Club won their inaugural regular season game yesterday, defeating the Chicago Blackhawks 5-2!

Season opening loss 

 

Canucks blow a 4-1 lead to the Flames, losing 5-6 in OT, they were pretty much nonexistent during the 2nd and 3rd periods. Props to Hughes for bagging us the point though, great save on an empty net. 
 

No worries, we brush this game off and move on, the rust will probably wear off as the season progresses.
