We have now ITTF America, so 4 quota for America in QQT plus one from ranking (all continental has 1 ranking quota). Africa 3 plus ranking, Europe  5 plus ranking, America 4 plus ranking, Asia 5 (each zone 1) plus ranking

Not much suprises in the morning session of the Americas OQT, apart from the losses of :PUR Daniel Gonzalez and :PER Rodrigo Hidalgo. All the local players already eliminated for the first 4 initial quotas.

 

Evening session starting in half an hour (only QFs).

Zhang is the clear favorite of course but a suprising final for Brito, beating 2 top players of the tournament
