They said that AINs will not be able to keep all the quaotas due to the "2 athletes restricition", but what exactly will be reallocated is not revealed.

What’s the two athletes restriction? And will they be able to keep the C2’s since it goes against the individual neutral athlete outlined by the IOC

According to the rules of ICF country can get only 2 athlete quotas at the continental qualifier fro Men`s Canoe (as well as Women`s canoe and e.t.c.).

Thus despite of the fact that they "won" C1 and C2 quotas they cannot get all 3 athelet quotas. That is absolutely for sure and confirmed by the ICF.

So, they should decide - to get C1 or C2 (by the way in Paris C2 members may both start in C1). The other boat will be reallocated to the next country at the European qualifier.

That is definitely will happen.

Then. ICF has its own strange rules and do not consider C2 as a "team". But this rules are only applied to the ICF competitions.

The IOC has its own rules and clearly stated that russians will participate as AINs - Individual Neutral Athletes.

Thus the IOC has no reasons to allow C2 to compete and according to the logic of its own rules must reallocate this quota.

But! That is Bach and he can do what he wants. So we have to wait for a word from the IOC.

P.S. It is notable, that European qualifier took place many days ago but the ICF have not update quotas list yet.

Thank you . And their taekwondo , judo , and wrestling teams are in breach of the

IOC Rules as well since a majority of them are part of the army or support it through social media. Will Bach stay true to these as well?

According to the recent communication form our deputy Olena Hovorova - Bach ensured her, that all the proofs provided by Ukraine will be taken into account. Several athletes like Sadulaev, Uguev, Batsarashkina were ruled out. More to follow. In judo this process will take place later since their dedaline is one of the latest.

But these three athletes aren't qualified. What about the ones who have already obtained an Olympic license and support the war ?

Yes those were not allowed to compete.

Those who "qualified" will sent to the IOC by the international federations. And the IOC`s commission will decide the fate of every single person.

There are a lot of them. If you are interested in I will create a list of athletes with possible reallocations.
