Terrifying crash for Akil Campbell :TTO in the omnium. He went head first over the bike, but got up and walked off the track. First time I’ve seen a bike behave like that after contact with another rider. It basically somersaulted under him and threw him off. Weird.

At the men’s world championships this year…

 

:USA:CAN contested the gold medal game. :JAM:PUR finished in the top 10. :MEX ranked 16th.

In terms of team sports, Fistball would be more competitive than either cricket or lacrosse. Plus, you’d almost certainly have the top players present. Colombia would never add the sport, but Brazil could potentially be lobbied.

Same for cricket

I assume a cricket competition would split the West Indies so there will actually be a decent number of teams. :BAR:GUY:JAM:TTO would all be decent teams. Perhaps some of the smaller members of the West Indies could also take on :BER:CAN:USA for a spot.
