The same situation at men's competition.Very probably Anthony Jeanjean:FRA get his quota. The second may go to Daniel Dhers :VEN or Kenneth Fabian :CRC. Eventually both will get their quotas through Olympic Ranking, this championship or the extra spot if Japan qualifies by Olympic Ranking.

 

It was announced by the french press that Jeanjean is officially qualified 

 

BUT, we are the country which managed to produce Benolympique, so really don't quote any of us when it comes to olympic qualification.

Yeah, he can only be deemed qualified if we already assume the ranking qualifiers. That's a big no no.
