Germany for its first ever World Title, first ever gold from any major hockey tournament (their biggest success is the silver from PyeongChang 2018 Olympics) (or 3rd world champs silver - first since 1953 in Zurich where they ended 2nd as former West Germany)

John-Jason Peterka ! JayJay Peterka this 21 years old wunderkind is really really good here, maybe one of the top favs for the forward of the tournament award. Draisaitl is a super-star, but Peterka is a huge future for Germany, his reading of the game and hockey IQ is absolutely super level
