10. Medina Taimazova

Tokyo Olympics bronze medalist Medina Taimazova was approved by the IJF as a neutral athlete. This "neutral" judoka is happy to be photographed for Russian propaganda outlets standing next to the image of dictator Putin and the military symbol Z.

In April 2022, Taimazova participated in a propaganda event called "a master class for young judokas from Donbass". Information about this was posted on the St. Petersburg Judo Federation Instagram page. That is, Ukrainian children were illegally taken to Russia. In fact, they were kidnapped. And the "neutral athlete" Taimazova contributed to the abduction with her "master class" and helped to turn it into a propaganda PR campaign.

During this propaganda event, some of the children can be seen having the abbreviation DPR written on their backs, which stands for the name of the terrorist organization "Donetsk People's Republic".

11. Inal Tasoev

"Neutral" world champion Inal Tasoev followed on Instagram one of the Russian occupiers - Vladislav Kachmazov.

n addition, Tasoev liked Kachmazov’s picture from the war showing him in military uniform, with a weapon and with the military symbol Z on his cap.

Also, after being at the war, Kachmazov posted a joint photo with Tasoev on his profile and tagged him in this photo.

Tasoev also liked a video on Kachmazov's page dedicated to another Russian occupier eliminated in Ukraine, Akhmat Zaseev.

He liked a similar video on another page too. Again, Tasoev liked a post by another user about the death of one more occupier, as well as a post about the Russian aggression against Georgia in 2008.

1 guy and 1 girl from Belarus and 1 girl from Russia qualified on Trampoline gymnastics.

I THINK that if Russian Gymnastics accepts the quota here... it COULD easily accept any invitation to have a Russian athlete on Artistic Gymnastics

no, Bladtceva was not eligible given that Lebedeva got a quota.

Who got the 2nd quota for AIN (through Belarus) was Viyaleta BARDZILOUSKAYA.

The opening ceremony of the competition was attended by children wearing T-shirts with capital letters Z. That is, minors were involved in the propaganda of aggression against Ukraine, and Olympic champion Sadulaev posted a video about it on his page.

Аt the tournament there was a large poster with the text "Republican freestyle wrestling tournament dedicated to the memory of Kazbek servicemen who died during the Special Military Operation in Ukraine. • I remember when I was a child and I was on holiday with my parents in Tunisia, I think in 1999? We were on a trip to the desert near the border with Algeria. The guide said something like that: Algeria is a few minutes from here but we won't go there because there is a war going on there and it's not safe.
    • Netanyahu is bad but unfortunately Hamas helps him maintain power. Every attack they make is a reinforcement of Netanyahu's rhetoric about the country's security, etc. In the fall of 2023, Netanyahu was already losing support and then suddenly a big Hamas attack on a festival near the Gaza Strip. Coincidence? It wouldn`t surprise me at all if Netanyahu knew about the plan for this attack but did nothing so that he would then have the tools to maintain his power. I also remember Ariel Sharon - he was probably even more radical than Netanyahu but he had a brain hemorrhage and fell into a coma.
    • Ah yes, post-colonial bickering never gets too old. Let me grab my popcorn!   Netanyahu is on a personal revenge mission to avenge his brother's death for his entire political life and people still act like they're surprised by his actions
    • MId-1962.  Almost all the Jews were driven out in a few days, even though they had been living there since Classical, pre-Muslim times.   Perhaps our friend could give us details of of any current Algerian plans to welcome them back, restore their property, guarantee their safety etc etc?
    • In what year did Algeria free itself from French influence? 1960, exactly?
    • Or better, perhaps he'd like to tell us what happened to the 140,000 Jews who were living in Algeria in 1960, as against the 200 who live there now?
    • There are still many people of Jewish origin in Central and Eastern Europe who have nothing to do with the state of Israel. What ties does Zelensky have to the state of Israel? Apart from he waś there as president of Ukraine and speaking in the Knesset? Nothing. In the power circles in Moscow there were/are many people of Jewish origin and what about that? A large part of the power apparatus of the USSR was based on Jews, especially in the years shortly after WWII.   Instead of constantly writing about Jews, would be better to tell me which country Algeria has better diplomatic relations with: Tunisia or Egypt?
    • Handy guide for the perplexed.
    • I`m a bit disappointed with the starts of the Italian team. I was counting on progress from last year. And here it looks like Bagnis is still very uneven. In Cortina there will be 3 competitions with medals to win and it would be a shame not to use our track to win 1-2 medals. The same goes for luge.
    • On the other hand Errani's serve doesn't make Paolini's task any easier... But Paolini is in a such good shape here, though, that I hope she wins her first title in the old Fed Cup. For Errani, it will be 4: 2009, 2010, 2013. So far, Roberta Vinci has 4 titles with Italy.
