by taking a quick look at the ranking, it seems these athletes are "safe" to qualify. or at least it looked obvious to me, only for 68kg I considered 6 because it's already a sure thing nobody can mathematically win the Grand Slam quota.

@prso1000 correct me if I was wrong anywhere

Men's 58kg: :KOR:ESP:IRI:RUS:ITA

Men's 68kg: :KOR:GBR:CHN:ESP:BEL:IRI

Men's 80kg: :RUS:AZE:CIV:UZB

Men's +80kg: :RUS:KOR:GER

Women's 49kg: :THA:KOR:TUR:SRB

Women's 57kg: :GBR:KOR:RUS:TUR:CAN

Women's 67kg: :TUR:GBR:CHN:CRO:CIV

Women's +67kg: :GBR:CHN:KOR:SRB

I think Wu (CHN) and Tomic (CRO)  are practically safe in F49. Tomic 100% safe if they correct the points.  I did not follow all weight categories so cannot comment.
in M 80 ESP is 5th, CRO 6th, but Egypt can overtake them with 3rd place tomorrow. And KOR with good chances for GS quota.
F57: CHN probably gets last quota

To me still biggest surprise that Korea will not qualify in all 4 female categories. 6th quota goes to USA in F67.
Korea could miss out in M80 as well. Currently in 2nd place in GS ranking behind RUS.

Mirhashem lost in the very last second to a head shot to the great Lee Dae-hoon :( I think he doesn't know his Olympic spot is safe . I think our federation doesn't know the Asian Games result will be counted for 2019 (and not 2018) and those 10pts make lots of difference. without them he still needs the bronze tomorrow to qualify.

yes it seems its almost impossible for anybody to win the Grand Slam quota in that weight.

even though Panipak was absent here, so mathematically if she also doesn't show up in GS, it's still possible "on paper" for someone else to wins the quota with 1000 more points. I know there is probably only 1% chance for that.

now I think even mathematically that's impossible for the rest. (no I was wrong mathematically still possible but we know that's not going to happen)

do you have the start list for GS ? I can't see that in WT website

Panama is my dark horse team for the tournament and Cuba isn't looking too pretty these days to be honest especially on offense although Canada, Panama and Cuba are all probably roughly in the same tier. Maybe Puerto Rico as well since they're missing their 3 best players on offense.
