So I've been meaning to comment on this thread but haven't found time until now. I'll give my thoughts in reverse order.

:AUS Australia is definitely taking gold in the women's 4x100m freestyle relay unless they get DQ'd. Their sprint freestyle depth is absolutely insane that they could still win gold with their B team.  I'll say Gold: :AUS Australia; Silver: :USA United States; Bronze :CAN Canada

The men's relay could be more interesting. The US should be the favourites on paper but Italy is on the rise and I would also expect Australia to give a better performance. Great Britain should also be in contention and if Russia is allowed back, they'll be in the mix as well. So for now, I'll say Gold: :USA United States; Silver: :ITA Italy; Bronze: :AUS Australia

Now the Women's 400m Freestyle could be the event that I look forward to the most. Aduel between Titmus, Ledecky, and McIntosh (and maybe even Li) will be really exciting. I voted for McIntosh to win because because I'm Canadian and I think she's on an amazing trajectory right now. She's already on Ledecky's level and she might overtake Titmus soon as well. So my prediction is Gold: :CAN McIntosh; Silver: :AUS Titmus; Bronze: :USA Ledecky

I wasn't paying attention so I missed these polls. Bummer.

Women's 400 free

1. Ariarne Titmus

2. Summer McIntosh

3. Katie Ledecky

It'll be very close though and I might be a bit biased putting Titmus first. Post Paris I expect McIntosh will ecclipse Titmus.

Men's 4x100 free

1. Great Britain

2. United States

3. Italy

GBR for the upset.

Women's 4x100 free

Australia to win again but United States are going to improve a lot.

Thanks for your vote, anyway!

It looks that it wouldn't change the final outcome of this poll if you voted on time (if I have counted it right). No worries then.

Greetings!

    • no idea. I just repeated what I read  but I won't be surprised if they make a mistake like this. the officials here are usually terrible in reading the rules. if I remember correctly they sent an Ice hockey team to the Games back in 2017 but most of the players were ineligible to play per IIHF rules and they played some friendlies instead    btw there is a federation, but not an ISU member. Ice Skating (which has a very very limited activity here) was a part of Skating (roller sports) federation but now moved to Skiing federation which officially changed its name to Skiing and Winter Sports Federation.
