Trying to buy Olympic tickets in the US has to be the most stressful thing I’ve tried to do in my life. Why all these mofos want to go the Olympics now?

Managed to get Athletics tickets for a morning prelim, but damn the event lineup is good for the value.

      Franchi had a similarly impressive performance at the 2023 World Championships on the same distance but later she completly missing. I hope that with Gismondi will be different, especially since she was already a great talent in her junior years. The problem in Italy is that for the past 15 years, aside from Pellegrino, there has been a miss of stability in other athletes: there are some booms of excellent form, but later they disappear. I also worry that funding for cross-country skiing will be cut after the Cortina Olympics.
