I sort of agree and sort of don't. I agree more in XC than in biathlon

It's a mess for first couple of laps/shooting, especially on range. Annoying. But indeed, can get exciting with third and last shoot, when the field gets thinner, well, if Boe doesn't go 20/20 or something.

Mass start is only slightly better than pursuit.

 

Commentator said: "It's only reserved for the very best.". That's actually not something to be proud of...

Nothing comes close to how shitty pursuit is in terms of being a separate medal event (at Olympics, I care less about WCH).
