De Grasse looked like he was out for a morning jog, and he got the best time in the heats!

Lamaze with a clear round, so he is tied with 9 others for first. The team has 4 faults behind 3 teams with 0 (USA, NED and GER) with SUI and BRA still able to pass that.

Serbia beat Australia in basketball.  If Canada would have beaten Spain, they would have been on that side of the bracket facing Turkey, and then potentially Serbia.  Now they have France and if they manage to beat them, USA.

Superb effort by Gagne, btw.  Qualifying in 5th no less.  Great job by the youngster.  He's only 18, so this experience will definitely help him towards 2020.
