This is Latvian debut in this age category.

 

Yes, Both WU Divisions II Tournaments are merged for this year into 1 bigger tournament.

It is a bit unusual obviously. There still 3 more tournaments schedulled this July/August including the M U20 Top Division.

 

Those are however tournaments that were originally cancelled last December because of Covid and had to be reschedulled, was not easy to find a date for them, so IIHF just put them now in the summer.
