E to..to je super...no chances for lana in figure skating?

Sadly no, she got injured in the worst possible moment. :( It's a shame as they would really have a chance, especially since North Korea eventually declined their quota. They are scheduled to make a comeback at Euros this month, so at least not the whole season is lost.

And no chances for lea jugovac in snowboard?

9th on the reserve list. Looks very unlikely.

Haha...so 4 bobsleigh and obratov are 100% in?....in cross country 3-4?pliss tell me names

P.s. 17 mi je godina haha

Four-men is indeed in... Two-men not yet, but everything is in their hands. Obratov is not confirmed yet also, however Switzerland will select their team next week and it is expected that they'll use only 1/2 women's quotas, which would effectively give the unused spot to Obratov.

In XC we'll have Vedrana Malec and Gabrijela Skender among women, and Edi Dadić among men. Krešimir Crnković may get in too as the second man. It's not a comfortable situation for Crnković, he may go in both XC and biathlon, but he also may not go at all!

Brave Statement regarding Crnkovic :)

why 2 female quota in cross country?

Turning luck for our bobsled/luge turned me into a bit of an optimist.

They changed the qualification, after some complaint I assume. Looking at it, qualification system doesn't actually say at any point that a nation needs 2+ A standard athletes to be able to have more than 1 quota in the respective gender, which means additional quota was given to Croatia, Iceland and Latvia. Malec is well inside top 300 in sprint, so there is no fear of losing it.

How close is crnkovic for biathlon?

And no more reloaqation of quutas or additional?

He would need 0+0 shooting in one of the remaining sprints. He has the ski speed to pull it off, but shooting is his nemesis. Last weekend he had 0+2, which was his best shooting of the season. It's possible however that even 0+0 wouldn't be enough.

And no, there is nobody left that we didn't mention who could potentially move up through reallocation.

    • It's all hogwash especially in the short attention span generation. Like nobody cares about Free Tibet anymore either. Free Palestine will last a lot longer due to Saudi Arabia becoming a sponsorship force in sports.   Israel is too weak in soccer to qualify from UEFA zone. The only time they qualified was from the Asian zone and they only beat Australia & New Zealand who were complete nobodies in the 1960s. No such luck in the 60 years since.
    • Oh I assure you FIFA dodger a bullet with Israel not qualifying…   But ya that’s kind of the thing, shut up and dribble is a mantra anti LGBT people have used often. I don’t think it’s hypocritical to remind them of their position
    • Ah, yes but that's not how pro athletes are taught in North America these days? Shut up & dribble is xenophobic, racist or whatever? The hypocrisy of some of these policies were exposed during 2022 World Cup already where the Saudis played it smart and waved their own "Free Palestine' slogans. Forget LGBT rights for a moment, how many 'Free Palestine' flags will be waved in 2026? Or will those be confiscated by default? Somehow I feel this won't be met with similar backlash when China clamped down on 'Free Tibet' in 2008 OG. Saudi Arabia is more important to global markets than Iran & Egypt
    • Wisła Płock just assumed 1st position after five consecutive draws. Must be first time ever a team on a five match winless streak actually moves up to league top.
    • Well ya, which is why the Egyptian and Iranian teams can shut up and dribble :P
    • The problem is, the World Cup is not a local event. Overall it's another storm in a teacup. LGBT rights in Muslim countries won't change a damn inch becuse of one soccer match in Seattle
    • After looking at the entry list of athletes in the official website, I've changed some of my predictions in the Olympic events with these changes:   Total Tally: Thailand 87, Singapore 51, Vietnam 48, Indonesia 33, Philippines 24, Malaysia 22, Cambodia 1     Badminton (5): Malaysia 2, Thailand 1, Singapore 1, Indonesia 1   Men’s Singles: Switched from Thailand to Singapore     Boxing (11): Thailand 8, Philippines 2, Vietnam 1   Men: -54 kg (-55 kg): Thailand, -60 kg: Thailand, -63.5 kg (-65 kg): Thailand, -69 kg (-70 kg): Thailand, -80 kg: Philippines   Women: -50 kg (-51 kg): Thailand, -54 kg: Thailand, -57 kg: Thailand, -60 kg: Vietnam, -66 kg (-65 kg): Thailand, -70 kg: Philippines     Sailing (7): Thailand 4, Singapore 2, Malaysia 1   ICLA 6: Switched from Thailand to Malaysia     Taekwondo (8): Thailand 6, Vietnam 2   -67 kg: Switched from  Vietnam to Thailand     Weightlifting (5): Thailand 2, Philippines 1, Indonesia 1, Malaysia 1   Men: -65 kg: Malaysia, -94 kg (-95 kg): Thailand   Women: -53 kg: Thailand, -69 kg: Philippines, -77 kg: Indonesia   * I saw that they have actually change the weight categories to almost match that of IWF newly introduced categories from several months ago.      Wrestling (12): Vietnam 7, Philippines 3, Indonesia 2   Men's Freestyle: -57 kg: Philippines, -65 kg: Vietnam, -74 kg: Vietnam, -86 kg: Philippines Men's Greco-Roman: -67 kg: Indonesia, -77 kg: Vietnam, -87 kg: Indonesia, -97 kg: Vietnam Women's Freestyle: -50 kg: Vietnam, -53 kg: Vietnam, -57 kg: Vietnam, -62 kg: Philippines
