What fillings did you end up going with?

6 different:

-milk chocolate ganache with vanilla;

-milk chocolate ganache and a nut;

-white chocolate ganache with cinnamon;

-dark chocolate ganache with coffee;

-milk chocolate ganache with Strega liquor (typical of my region);

-triple chocolate without filling (dark - milk - white)

Why not call a filling with two kinds of chocolate double instead of triple? :p

because, as he wrote, there's no filling at all...it's just a praline made with 3 different kinds of chocolate (dark, white and milk-chocolate)...:p

Right, missed the filling thing, but the question stands: why call something with two kinds of chocolate a triple chocolate thing? :d

Because, in theory and only in theory*, they were made by superimposing three layers of different kind of chocolate, while the other kinds were made by adding the filling and covering it all with a shell of dark chocolate

*in practice, as they were not enough cold, they mixed a little

because milk-chocolate is also a type of chocolate...it's not just milk and 2 more kinds of chocolate...

well, they are different...really different...

actually, purists (like me) don't consider milk nor white chocolate as true chocolate, but just another product with some chocolate in it...:evil::pope::whistle:
