Funny thing is that Albegov is somewhat famous in... erm... gay "communities". There are many pictures of him on Tumblr, if you know what I mean. Or so I was told.

Good luck on focussing on the Brazilian then

Funny thing is that Lasha was beaten last time in 2015 by non other than Mart Seim. After that winning streak. Just cant see who can beat Lasha.

I don't expect much from Fernando, so it will be nice to measure the competition. :d

When I read it out loud, it sounds awful, I know.

Come on, let's not lie to ourselves and pretend straight male sports fans don't have a double way of viewing some women's competitions every now and then :p

    • There will be specialized double sculls...just not for an NOC if it is entering singles specialists.   Either enter 2 singles specialists, or 1 XD specialist pair.   But they can in theory compete in both events, I guess, if they qualify...our top M, I think, does both.   But there are 17M, 17W, and 30 Pairs allotted in the quota, so I don't think the intent is that every singles entry will be in doubles.   (Perhaps this gets to fall in line with Weightlifting, where due to max entry quota, an NOC can't enter in every event, even if they have the best athletes...here, unless you have a pair who qualifies in both.)

    • I read the Olympic qualification documents for weightlifting. A country can have the opportunity to send a maximum of 4 athletes in one gender, but the conditions are very strict.
    • world champion Jessica Schilder opened her season up with 19.78 in France.
    • wait! what???   so, there won't be specialized double sculls, but those boats would have to feature 2 single specialists if a Nation wants to enter 2 proper singles M+W??? tell me I misread the expalaination...
    • Yeah, they do get broadcast pretty regularly.  I remember even back in Bode Miller's day they would show the training.
