Russia-Ukraine Crisis Consequences in Sports

Most of Russia lives in poverty and has gotten used to it. That's what the wealthy democratic countries don't understand...

There are wealthy cities: Moscow, St. Petersburg, where wealthy elites live, but these aren't even entire cities, but individual districts. The children and families of Russian oligarchs and politicians most often live and study in the West: London, Paris, Rome, etc. After all, in the war in Ukraine, there are none of peopoe of the wealthy from Moscow, only from poor provinces in Asia.

What does California have in common with the Russia we're writing about here? Slums and poor neighborhoods exist and have always existed in every wealthy country and city.

Every big country has a problem with poverty and homelessness. You're not proving anything here.

Also, what about my previous comment? Don't you have an answer to that?

I know that but Russia is more than Moscow and St. Petersburg. The Asian part is light years behind even former communist bloc like Poland or Czechia - enlisting in the army is really a way to get some money, in the wealthy democracies that wasn't the case since at least 1918
