Our worst result since 2011. I know there are big surprises here, but France and Serbia are winning Olympic and World Championship medals, so they can afford to lose here. And we? We haven't won anything since 2004. The problem isn't just Pozzecco, but also the federation – we have consistent success in the junior division, but we can't translate that to the senior division. We also lack one or two truly big stars, like Doncic, who would score 40 points and make the difference. We have nothing. What good are junior medals if we're on seniors level with Poland or Georgia and our last medal was in 2004? Once every 20 years, surely you can win something? Slovenia doesn't exist in the junior events, but then they beat us in the senior division because they have that one Doncic. Pozzecco was bad, but if Messina or Scariolo were here, he probably wouldn't have won much more than 1/4 finals, so another competition without medal.

I'll just say that we deserve at least one big star in the future. If only for those junior medals and the great work we've done with these kids over the years. It's frustrating, however, when you lose again to a "team", I`m sorry with a one guy :P (he scored half poinst of all the team today). I wish, that Germany will win a gold medal, because they deserve:  they have a strong team – you can see they've been working consistently for years and they haven't been counting on just one man for many years (back when they only had Nowitzki, they pissed me too).

Hard to say. We have the dominant player but Turkey has more good players than us in their starting 5. We are based too much on Giannis but we can also play good defence and limit the rival team. It will be close, i would say 51-49 in favor of Turkey. A lot will depend also on the moves of the 2 coaches

Yes. Slovenia doesnt play defence and against a team like Germany they will recieve above 90 points
