NOS has the rights in the Netherlands. I saw they are live-streaming events on their website.

I see they do indeed have something. Too bad NOS livestreams suck in the sense that one can only see them live, not later. I highly doubt they'll show any cross-country skiing, but we'll give it a try tomorrow morning.
