Alexandr Dolgopolov, 28th seed withdrew from the tournament. Draw has been rearranged:

Old matches before the withdrawal: Steve Johnson vs. Feliciano Lopez (21) and Fernando Verdasco vs. Alexandr Dolgopolov (28)

New Matches after the withdrawal: Thomas Fabbiano (LL) vs. Feliciano Lopez (21) and Fernando Verdasco vs. Steve Johnson (33).
