In the FIS lists, can an NOC confirm only part of the quota now and the rest later in the week?  So is it possible that it looks like declining but the NOC is just confirming some of it and then still confirming the rest before the deadline?

Starting to wonder if Norway is going to miss the deadline. It would certainly throw a cat amongst pigeons.

Yes, but the question remains; if the FIS posts a 'less confirmed than allocated' is it final?  Or could it still change?

Croatia now first reserve in female alpine skiing assuming all reallocations will be accepted 

no idea if the team event has an impact or not, did not consider that. But overall seven quotas declined so far.

No, once a federation has rejected its quota places, it cannot get them back. Tomorrow, these places will be distributed to the successors. There is no going back.

Only , I am disappointed by the Germans 😂
