The thing is: Germany has NOT officially qualified, because reallocation of quotas is only made official once every qualification event has finished. What we know is that, for sure, we are going to have one nation reallocated, and so far this spot goes to Germany, but if Germany qualifies through the European Championships, then Azerbaijan takes the reallocation quota.

 

So, basically, we know that Germany will go to the Olympics no matter what, but qualifying through the European Championships would substantially change things.
