1.6 medals for Canada in the men's 500m sound reasonable no? Dandjnou e Dubois can both easily medal, especially if they plan a team strategy -
Oh wow, seriously? I never dared to dream that would come back but that would be absolutely amazing! There is not a single way of awarding medals that beats giving them right after the event, with the athletes still full of emotion, tired and in the stadium with the people who witnessed their moment of glory! This would be such amazing news -
Looking at results now, Aparjods 4th in the second training run, much better Would be awesome to see Latvia get 2-3 medals here, with a combination of Bots/Plume (my favourite luge team), Aparjods, and Upite/Kaluma -

also, great competition in the men's LJ, with world champion Mattia Furlani edging out Tentoglu and Sarabuyukov, 8.30m to 8.23m to 8.21m indoor european champion Zeynab Dosso made her season debut with a win in her favourite 60m dash in 7.09 Attila Molnar set a new european record in the men's 400m with 45.01 (previously held by Thomas Schoenlobe 😱) all in all, a very entertaining meet -
still, D-Fisch winning the 2nd run ahead of Kindl and Leon Felderer, them the other Austrians and once again bad performance by the Germans let's see tomorrow if something changes (I hope not 😈)
