AINERP update: Mahamedkhabib KADZIMAHAMEDAU (M) – Invitation accepted (Wrestling, Belarus)
Well, IJF update quotas, removing AINs. But I do not see DQ reallocations in W+78 (only CQ Homan)
Well, Ukrainian NOC published whole squad. In wrestling we have 9 athletes but Archaia, Khotsianivskyi and Skobelska replaced with Mchedlidze, Idzinskyi and Sova-Rizhko.
Edited by AnatoliiAINERP update: judokas, ru wrestlers (except Mamedov) declined, Vesnina (tennis), Romasenko (canoe) invited and accepted

Empty lines in the IOC Decision column means no decision yet.
Reallocation to another NOC means that IF has to reallocate this quota to another NOC (not AIN) according to the IOC decision.
The most probable reallocation is mentioned in the table.
can you mark where reallocation is confirmed and where is not.
And there is no tennis in the table. There should be reallocations too as not all athletes accepted.

Makhmadbek Makhmadbekov reallocated to
Magdiel Estrada
on IJF website Estrada marked as ineligible and Poland got reallocation
