Former Colorado Avalanche player and Slovak National Team player, Marek Svatoš, has died in age of 34. According to the recent informantion, Marek died on Saturday in Denver, where he lived with his US wife and two children. We can't confirm if his death was an accident or not. In respect of privacy of the Svatoš family in these hard times there not more details published fow now. Marek Svatoš (17.06.1982, Košice, Slovakia - 05.11.2016, Denver, USA) He was also a olympian, played with Slovakia at Torino 2006 winter Olympics, he scored one goal at World Championships in 2010. Good match and sweet win 4-3 after GWS against Canada Still with real chances to win this trophy. well done guys. Also to score a shorthanded goal against thats definitely not a usual thing but I must say, that the referees were just Terrible, terrible absolutely awful, very very bad, It´s quite a while I haven´t seen so bad refereeing in hockey than today. well, to be honest its a surprise that you won only 2-0 I expected a double digit difference, but well, 2-0 is still a win and it still mean 3 points, so everything is still opened.
