  1. you see, the answer from above (from Canadian) shows us the difference between our mentality and mentality of true winners in some way. I thought a bit "safely" as you, his answer has shown me sth...i think we`re wrong...
  2. Big drama, Fischnaller was so close...
  3. i think it`s mainly European fault and problem we ourselves...with our money...funded all of this...great, probably some of this is also US fault but only minority
  4. Stoch is a better jumper but sometimes Hula wins with him i mean that analyzing both their jumps and conditions i was a bit amazed by Stoch being ahead at the end in this contest. He was late and drifting right, he needed better wind, he didn`t get it but got high compensation pts. Hula jumped just after him, flags were silent down there, the same distance...big advantage after 1st round...and certainly compensation changed from -12 to -18 and Hula is behind even Stoch. I really believe that making a mistake, Hula also didn`t have in flight conditions adequate to deduction pts. He didn`t make kind of "skis-up" at 2/3 of his flight, i think he did it always before, very small move but i think it was giving him some meter or two. He wasn`t used to jump for olympic medals, it was too much for him but there is a margin of system mistake taking away a bronze way from him. Nevertheless - both of them dissapointed heavily. Congrats to Wellinger
  5. yeah..but u know what? I`m afraid it`s us, rich Europe decided that..to have some events in "good hours" Now the wind made it even worse but i wouldn`t blame Korea at all, corporations from US and Europe - $$$$
  6. you didn`t get me there are, from all countries but how can you be sure about this case...nevermind, it`s just not like that all attack Russians without a reason but this applies also to Poles, Americans, Georgians, Japanese and North Koreans so don`t feel "overattacked" - many of this is deserved, some not, as with all nations
  7. sure, there are only good Russians and Russians never hack websites and never cheat...good to know this is only suspicion, it doesn`t prove they were Russians...nor the other way i understand how you can feel but all of this doesn`t come from nothing. Priestupljenie i Nakazanje ;), even Fiodor knew it
  8. Johansson took advantage after standing there for some 10 minutes? He was outstanding, isn`t it sth deserving a medal? Kot got frozen and depressed after some 3 minutes. Sorry but maybe we are looking for the sollution not where we should. SIlver and bronze were ours to lose...and we lost it, both guys jumped under their abilities. Watch the replay...Kamil was late by huge margin, Stefan got "stiff". At the end the lottery always works both ways, in 1st round it helped Stefan...he wasted it himself. Yes...they should have moved it to other day but would it guarantee us a medal? No. I`m dissapointed with Kamil`s and Stefan`s jump and with all of them having to have such important contest in such conditions.
  9. i will never say he was cheated. He had so much luck in 1st round, he wasted his chance in his head. If anyone says Johansson didn`t deserve medal...plz jump that far after 10 minutes in -15 waiting to jump after Amman. I won`t say Hula didn`t deserve, both did. Johansson won it, that`s it. Funny is that Stoch in fact was ahead of Hula what makes me a bit "what"? Yes, maybe real conditions weren`t that good or they changed when it didn`t matter in Hula`s flight. But....Hula more wasted his chance than anything else. 107m shouldn`t be a problem for both Kamil and Stefan
  10. to be true decision on downhill is good, right, righteous decision on ski jumping was sick, this shouldn`t take place from the 1st round...this was against all rules, those guys give their best for 4 years only to have the most important contest...like they did no comments on olympism as whole
  11. if it was a light they wouldn`t have scheduled it on that time it`s due to wind...try to jump in such conditions if you can`t ski this is all becoming Monty Python like
  12. Luck? What are you saying? He was the best clearly, he deserved his gold. Forfang and Hula were equally good, sure sth went wrong with this wind system, Hula shouldn`t lose to Johansson and Stoch but he did. And to be true, 105.5m wasn`t impressive, Hula left some margin for the "system" risk. 106.5m for silver, 106m for bronze probably...well, he should have jumped it easily, his 2nd effort was just not good enough
  13. there is a problem...would Hula jump 105.5 with such wind IN REALITY (not counted by comp) - would he jump 3m shorter than Zografski. Did he really jump in that better conditions than Stoch? No, sth went wrong, sth is wrong with this system, this time we paid a price. But he should have jumped 107 meters and get silver. His 2nd jump was weaker than 1st, by far. There are some controversions (with this wind system) but sure...Hula could have left no room for them
  14. aha...so they can`t ski...but they can jump...after midnight olympic ideas are more and more tragicomical for me
  15. maybe if he did it in Zakopane mentality? Maybe, he should have a medal, he jumped very so so
  16. what to say - one of them should jump better terrible
  17. Monty Python wouldn`t have imagined it i really don`t care now who will win - this is Olympics, c`mon
  18. well, Bahrain, Qatar, UAE - plz make artifficial hills
  19. although we`re leading this is parody of olympic ski jumping contest
